One of the many hats that I wear at WalkMe is to work on our community outreach within the organization. I have been an integral part of WalkMe’s Culture Team. From Designing WalkMe Appear, to running WalkMe Book Club, Movie Nights, and Special Holiday events. The one thing that all of the Culture events needs is a poster in the office and office Slake Channel for all employees to see.
Creating Culture Posters for the office is always a fun endeavor. I create these posters in Adobe Photoshop using vector objects and strong typography, subtle textures in the backgrounds, and traditional alignment concepts from graphic design fundamentals.
As a manager, coders, and UX strategies, I often enjoy taking a moment to go back to my roots and harnessing my skills on nothing but a visual design project; for me, it’s like stopping to smell the roses.
