WalkMe Playbooks is a tool for customer and internal emplyees to find concepts and idea's that can be achived with the WalkMe editor application. This tool started as an internal tool strickly for the Customer Success manager persona, but was quickly adopted by other users. WalkMe Playbooks is now part of the core WalkMe product and is open to customers as well employees.

The orginal issue that myself and Gintah tryed to solve was a selfish one. Before Playbooks, Customer Success Managers would open a task for the Design team (myself and Ginth) to draw a WalkMe concept on a customers UI and place the concept into a PowerPoint presentation. However, this was not scable for two Designers.

The solution we came up with was for a system that we managerd and could add our UI concpets too. This system updated in real time allowing a user to login, locate a concept or play, and download it directly into a PowerPoints presentation. We added color coding for simple complication understanding.
